Individual Consulting Session (Video Call)
My individual coaching sessions are designed to support you in the way that works best for you. Typically, we meet for 1.5 hours, an ideal time frame that aligns with a natural brain cycle, allowing for deep focus and meaningful progress. These face-to-face meetings are completely tailored to your needs. You set the goals and pace, and I am here as a resource to guide and support you. My role is not to impose advice but to help you explore your own path and achieve your unique vision. Whether you prefer a structured approach or more flexibility, I adapt to provide the level of support you need. This is your journey, and I’m here to help you reach the destination you choose.

Individual Consulting Session (In Person)
If you live in the Denver metro area and would prefer to meet in person, this is an option but will take more logistical consideration and have slightly higher cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q: Are you a coach or a consultant? What’s the difference?
A: I’m primarily a coach, though my approach may incorporate elements of consulting when appropriate. Coaching is a collaborative process where I guide and support you in achieving the goals you set. It’s about empowering you to discover solutions that align with your unique situation. Consulting, on the other hand, involves providing specific recommendations or solutions to problems. While I may offer advice or resources when needed, my primary focus is to help you clarify your vision and develop strategies to achieve it in a way that feels authentic and sustainable for you. So long story short I am a coach first, consultant second.

Q: How do sessions work?
A: Sessions are typically 1.5 hours long, which allows enough time for meaningful discussion and progress. During our face-to-face meetings, you set the goals and pace. I’m here as a resource to support you, whether you need structured guidance or a flexible, open-ended approach. Each session is tailored to your needs, and we’ll work together to ensure you leave feeling confident and prepared.

My coaching rate is on a sliding scale of $50–$150 per session.
This approach supports accessibility and sustainability. Those paying at the higher end make it possible for others to access support at a lower rate. I believe in making education, especially for those guiding young learners, available without rigid financial barriers.
It also invites a reflection about the value of of my services. In my experience this has lead to which means I life and what feels right within your means. We’ll discuss your rate during our initial conversation, with care and respect for your circumstances.

Ultimately, the goal is for you to feel empowered and equipped to create a positive learning experience for your children.
